We continue to make great progress with both interior and exterior refurbishment and are currently on track for a late Autumn launch. Aside from the refurbs, we’ve started holding our drinks selection focus groups and we’re also starting to look at developing online marketing material and social media, with the aim of launching our branded website (completely with bookings app etc) in September. We hope you’re enjoying the amazing weather we’re having at the moment. It’s certainly helped us a lot in terms of our external renovations, so long may it continue! We’d like to thank all the new investors who have come on board over the last month, helping us move ever closer to our final target – £1.25m – that will enable us to carry out all the required refurbishments to make Enterprising Limpsfield @ The Bull the best it can be! We have talented local floral designer and events stylist, Dora Kovacs, to thank for making The Bull look lovely for Limpsfield in Bloom this year, despite its newly-sanded and paint-less state!
Dora will be working with the Enterprising Limpsfield design team to advise on fixtures and fittings that can be updated for seasonal theming once operational. She will also be involved with supporting the build team and advising them on outdoor design and planting to complement external seating plans and grain store area.

We’ve been overwhelmed by support from the local community and beyond, some as far afield as Australia and the USA! Individuals and families have come together to raise an awful lot of money so far (£1.13m), allowing us to complete the freehold purchase of The Bull in May and commence our operational designs for the refurbishment of this historic building.
Now it’s time for a big push to reach our stretch target and enable us to make Enterprising Limpsfield at The Bull the best pub-hub it can be, realising our business plan for this exciting local project. Our forthcoming investment close is next Friday, 29th June 2018. Continue reading “Opportunity to invest in Enterprising Limpsfield @ The Bull ahead of June close”
